Victor has over 30 years of extensive and progressive 城市规划 experience having previously worked as a Planner in local government for several years, held a Senior 规划 position within a major corporate restaurant brand, also as a principle/co-owner of a planning consulting firm for over 14 years and now recently as 规划 Practice Lead with the IBI Group, located in the Region of Waterloo. Victor has extensive experience in public and private project facilitation, mediation and project management working collaboratively with clients’ interests and a large number of stakeholders to resolve extensive issues to a mutually agreeable approach and implementation of project objectives. With the extensive experience Victor has gained having worked in all sectors of planning being public, corporate and private over the last 30 years, 他有经验, knowledge and contacts in the land development industry including required other disciplines to effectively complete complex planning applications.
